Important decisions regarding the Branch will be taken at the AGM. A new Treasurer and Secretary must be appointed and five members of Council will be (re)elected. Submissions for the World's Poultry Congress in 2008 have been received by HQ from the UK, Australia and Brazil. We now have to provide details of the location and arrangements for the Meeting and also entertain the committee members to a site inspection. Birmingham (ICC) or Glasgow (SECC) have both been proposed as venues to host the meeting. Feedback on which one to select would be welcome. A final decision will be made at the 2000 World's Poultry Congress in Montreal in August.
